These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your relationship with R.O.T.I. ("the Bot") and our website, rotibot.xyz. By inviting and using the Bot within your Discord servers, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you should not use the Bot.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Bot within your Discord servers in accordance with these terms and Discord's own Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms (opens in a new tab)) and Community Guidelines (https://discord.com/guidelines (opens in a new tab)).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot and any associated content on rotibot.xyz are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee its functionality, reliability, availability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages (even if advised of their possibility) arising from your use of the Bot or rotibot.xyz. This includes lost profits, damage to reputation, or data corruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us to use the Bot.

Data Collection and Use

By using the Bot, you understand and consent to the collection of the following data:

• Message content, reactions, and attachments: Necessary for the Bot's moderation features (content filtering, role management, etc.).
• Usernames, avatars, discriminators, and user IDs: Used to identify users and personalize their interactions with the Bot.
• Guild IDs, guild names, channel IDs, channel names, and member counts: Essential for the Bot to function correctly within your Discord server's structure.

How We Use Your Data:

• Providing Core Features: Your data enables essential Bot functions, including welcoming new users and server moderation tasks.
• Improvement and Troubleshooting: We may collect limited usage data (such as server IDs and basic command usage) to make the Bot better and resolve issues.

Privacy: We will not share your data with third parties unless legally required.

Message Content: We will not store the content of messages unless absolutely necessary for a specific Bot feature.

Premium Features

• Feature Availability: We may, at our discretion, designate any current or future feature of the Bot as a premium feature. Access to premium features will require a subscription.
• Pricing and Billing: Subscription fees, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods will be clearly communicated prior to your purchase.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, add, to, or remove premium features at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to subscribers if any changes significantly impact your subscription.
• Refunds: Our refund policy is outlined in detail at Refund Policy page. Please refer to this policy for eligibility and instructions on requesting a refund.
• Additional Data: Some premium features may necessitate the collection of additional data to function correctly. We will clearly disclose what additional data is needed and how it's used before you subscribe.
• Termination of Premium Access: We reserve the right to terminate your access to premium features if you violate these terms, fail to make payments, or for other reasons determined by us. Upon termination, your access to premium features will be revoked.

User Conduct

You must not use the Bot or rotibot.xyz to:

• Engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam, harass, or discriminate against others
• Harm or attempt to harm the Bot, rotibot.xyz, or Discord's infrastructure
• Modification of Service: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue R.O.T.I or rotibot.xyz at any time, with or without notice.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Bot or rotibot.xyz at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, Discord's terms, or any applicable law.

Changes to Terms

These terms can be modified at any time. All changes will be reflected directly on this page. Your continued use of the Bot signifies your acceptance.

Governing Law

This ToS is governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any section of this ToS is found invalid, the remaining sections will remain in effect.
